Community Child Care Fund Restricted Services Regulatory Project

The Commonwealth Government is introducing a new regulatory scheme to cover a small number of services that are out of scope of the NQF and State and Territory residual legislation (e.g. former Budget Based Funded, Non-formula Funded Occasional Child Care, and Indigenous Advancement Strategy funded services). These services operate under the Child Care Subsidy Minister’s Rules 2017. Further information is on the Department of Education website.
