Inquest into Death of Jack Loh Concludes

Further to my previous post, the inquest into the death of baby Jack Loh concluded this week. The Deputy Coroner is expected to hand down his findings in December. According to a report in the Daily Telegraph, the inquest was told that the family day care educator was not up to date with her CPR training and that her supervisor approved the carer to work despite the lapsed qualification. The adequacy of the supervision over the educator was also raised.
