From 1 January 2026, early childhood education and care services must comply with Queensland’s Child Safe Organisations Act 2024. This law introduces 10 Child Safe Standards. More information on the Queensland Family and Child Commission website.

The Queensland Early Childhood Education and Care Regulatory Authority has published their latest regulatory data. Data for January to March 2025 (Q3, 2024–25 FY) is now available on their website.
