Victorian Early Childhood Legislation Amendment Act 2022

Following up on a previous post, this Act has passed through the Victorian Parliament and received Royal Assent on 27 September. The final version can be accessed here. Part 1 (sections 1 and 2), Part 4 (sections 11 to 14), Part 8 (section 99), Part 9 (sections 100 and 101) of this Act came in by forced commencement on 28 September 2022 s.2(1).
