Victorian Legislative Changes

Parts 3 and 4 of the Regulatory Legislation Amendment (Reform) Act 2022 makes minor changes to the Children's Services Act 1996 and Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010. These parts of the Act came into effect on 30 March 2022.
