WA Top 10 National Law Non-Compliances

The WA Education and Care Regulatory Unit has published their top 10 non-compliances between April and June. The top non-compliance was with Regulation 97 - Emergency and evacuation procedures. Over 50 per cent of regulation 97 breaches were due to rehearsals not being completed every 3 months. More information on the website.
