Early Childhood Legislation Amendment (Premises Approval in Principle) Act 2023 (Vic)

Further to my previous post, the Early Childhood Legislation Amendment (Premises Approval in Principle) Act 2023 was passed by the Victorian parliament and then given Royal Assent on 21 November. The Act (except Parts 3 and 4) comes into operation on the day after the day on which it received the Royal Assent. Subject to subsection (3), Parts 3 and 4 come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed (s.2).
